Galen leads CEO, CTO, and VP-level searches for growth companies including SpaceX and AngelList, and was a founding member of Meta's executive search team as the platform scaled from 10,000 to 70,000 employees. Advising the CTO and CIO, he hired over sixty executives across AI/ML, engineering, product, and security. Galen built his career at Korn Ferry and Heidrick & Struggles, working with PE, VC, and public boards at the C-suite. Galen earned his BA from the University of California, Berkeley and will receive his MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in 2027.
